Dear 2014,

You have been a pretty good year. A year filled with ups and downs. This is by no means a post to be braggy but feel free to click away from here if a look back on our year doesn’t interest you.
We visited places old and new

Drank a lot of tea

Drank in general

Spent time with family
Watched a lot of football
Celebrated our one year anniversary
Celebrated in general
Side note: Yes, I realize we need to get Shaun a new blazer.
Saw friends get married and friends and family welcome babies.
It’s not my place to post pics of not my kids so sorry, more pics of us.
Lost our dog, and found her!
Took a ton of dorky photos

We faced challenges at work and challenges at home. I started a new job in July and Shaun ended the year with an offer to one he starts in January. Shaun struggled through PT for an old shoulder injury and I experienced it for the first time with a twisted knee. There have been car accidents and sickness. We ate too much and worked out too little. But in the end I can say for certain we laughed more than we cried, felt happiness more than sorrow, and loved more than we fought. It would be foolish to have expected for everything we ever wanted to happen this year or to look for that in the next. And so we look back on 2014 with fond memories and look toward 2015 with excitement of things to come.
May your heart be filled with love and joy in 2015 and may the best be yet to come!
