Ipsy Glam Bag April 2017

OMG, Ipsy finally has a cute bag for the month!
Seriously, this month’s coral ticket design bag is super cute and would make a fun little clutch for a night out at a festival or fair.

The items I received this month weren’t terrible either. Here’s what’s inside my bag and my thoughts on each product:

Everything I’ve received from this company in my Ipsy bad is a full-sized product (nice)! However they need to be in a refillable palette so that may not be your thing but I just found mine recently so this offends me less. This is overall a nice shade so I’ll add it to my palette.

This is a little more lightweight than the aloe gel you can get in a giant bottle at CVS but I’m skeptical yet if that makes it worth $30 for a jar. We’re going to the beach in May so the timing is good and I’m sure I’ll use the whole sample.

This is a nice, lightweight primer and has a nice scent to it – I’m defiantly excited about using this one. I don’t dislike my current primer but I’m not in love with it either so I’m very open to trying something new.

This is the one product I was disappointed in, there’s really nothing special about this lip balm and it doesn’t even have spf in it. I’ll toss it in my bag but it’s not something I’d ever pay a premium for.

I wear black eyeliner almost everyday and felt tiped is my favorite kind so I was super excited to get this! I goes on very smooth and thin and the price can’t be beat – this is something I see myself buying in the future!

Overall I was pleased with this month’s bag and I am SOOOO glad Ipsy has gone back to cute designed bags. I still wish I was on the list to select my own samples but this solid bag will keep me subscribing into May which means I’ve been an Ipsy subscriber a whole year – this is the longest I’ve kept ANY subscription so way to go Ipsy for surviving my super pickiness. If you want to get a bag of your own for only $10 a month just click on Ipsy anywhere in this post to sign up!
