We recently gave out front porch a makeover thanks to my friends at Brylane Home and with the weather so nice it’s the perfect time to focus a little more on your outdoor space so I’m sharing all the details!
I love our house but to be honest I find the front to be a little bland, especially our front porch.
When thinking about how I wanted our porch to look I knew I wanted some topiaries and some pops of color! Luckily, I was able to accomplish both of these with some gorgeous pink stand topiaries- the best part is that they are a faux greenery so no trimming required!
While I love the script of our existing door mat I felt like going for the stacked looked would allow some more color. Admittedly I thought the rug would be smaller but since our exterior has so many neurtal colors I think the larger outdoor rug with bright stripes works without being overwhelming.
I already had both parts of our door hangers. In the past we’ve used the B monogram in the fall and winter and the half wreath in the spring in summer but since I really wanted our porch to make a statement I layered the two!
To finish out the look and add I little depth we got a set of white lanterns from Kirklands to stack in front of the topiaries.
I’m so pleased with the finished look! It’s the perfect amount of color without being overwhelming and you can see the set up from the street as well.
I hope this post inspires you to give your own front porch a nice refresh for spring!
